She gave him primary and stopped child support and I have to pay for their medical and he gets all decision rights.
My attorney is working on the de novo hearing which goes to a district judge. It can take 30 days once he files
A de novo hearing is a legal proceeding where a case is reviewed from the beginning, as if the original decision never happened. Like a do-over. That is May 14th.
